Job description

RIU Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Laundry Manager for Riu Jambo Zanzibar. The role supports daily laundry operations across washing, drying, ironing, uniform maintenance, and guest valet services. Responsibilities include quality and safety assurance, team leadership, collaboration with housekeeping/F&B/front office, inventory and cost control, and maintaining guest valet standards. Requirements: proven experience as Assistant Laundry Manager or Laundry Supervisor in a five-star/all-inclusive resort; knowledge of commercial laundry machinery, chemical safety, fabric care; hands-on leadership skills. Requirements

Solid experience as Assistant Laundry Manager, Laundry Supervisor, or senior laundry leader within a five-star or luxury all-inclusive resort. In-depth knowledge of commercial laundry machinery, wash formulas, chemical safety, fabric care, and garment stain treatment. Hands-on leadership with ability to mentor and empower teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
